Culture & Arts Contest — IT and stage direction

At the “11th Inter-Youth Culture and Arts Contest — Central Anatolia Regional Finals” hosted by NEVÜ, I took on the IT lead and stage-direction role.

I handled the display setups, synchronisation, layout adjustments and all the cabling. Throughout the contest I ran the direction desk: scoring, question formatting, syncing content to the screens and keeping the clock live.

I completed the role successfully; the project closed nicely thanks to the positive rapport we built with the event's organisers.
